Anthony Alberga
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Alberga has been active in the real estate industry for over 35 years. He developed a property portfolio valued in excess of $500 million and some 1.9 million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. The developments included office buildings from 74,000 square feet to the prestigious 442,000 square foot head office building of the Hong Kong Bank of Canada, in Vancouver. Mr. Alberga joined Downing Street in 1987 as partner and has been active in the acquisition, development and management of properties for the Downing Street Group.

Daniel Odorico
President & CFO
Mr. Odorico established the Downing Street Group in 1986. Since then Mr. Odorico has directed some $300 million of property development and acquisitions and in excess of $200 million of real estate sales and financings through Downing Street’s brokerage and financing divisions. In addition, Mr. Odorico along with Mr. Alberga have owned, managed, and added significant value to a portfolio of downtown Toronto high-rise office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centres, and apartment buildings totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet.

Mr. Odorico established the Downing Street Group in 1986. Since then Mr. Odorico has directed some $300 million of property development and acquisitions and in excess of $200 million of real estate sales and financings through Downing Street’s brokerage and financing divisions. Ronald Struys
Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Struys has almost 35 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry including development, construction, asset and property management, financing, leasing and sales. This work has been done throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean and India.
Some of his engagements have included the asset management of a $300 million distressed mortgage portfolio, the asset management and sale of hotels for a Canadian based lender, and the development planning for a new township in Hyderabad, India. Mr. Struys is a licensed sales representative providing real estate sales and mortgage services.

Mr. Hannah has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years. His experience in real estate sales and financing extend over different asset classes including office, industrial, multi-unit residential and hospitality. Mr. Hannah, during his career, has directed sales and financing of over $800 million. He is currently Broker of Record for Downing Street Real Estate Corp., Brokerage and is also a licensed Mortgage Agent and Managing Director for Downing Street Financial Inc., active in the origination and placement of real estate financing.
