Over the past 25 years the principals have participated in most areas of real estate development and financing, including the development and acquisition of apartment, office and industrial buildings in Ontario, as well as other provinces in Canada. They have been involved in refinance of real estate as well as mortgage brokerage, real estate brokerage and syndications of many classes of real estate. They have participated in joint ventures with institutional investors, overseas partners and financiers and offer a wide range of real estate services supported by a competent back office.
