Fred Ceolin began his career as a budget specialist with the largest capitalized company in Canada at the time, Bell Canada. In their employ, Mr. Ceolin was responsible to oversee, forecast and implement budgets in excess of $500 million dollars per year. The responsibility encompassed the vast real estate holdings that allowed the company to provide their services.
In 1988 Mr. Ceolin joined the Downing Street Group of Companies to form the property management entity. Mr. Ceolin has assembled a team of 14 competent professionals from the various disciplines of the property management and real estate industry. The growth of the company is a testimony to the leadership qualities he provides to the company and the industry knowledge he provides clients.

Ileana Battiston has applied her expertise of accounting for 25 years. She formed a private company that provided full accounting services to over twenty companies in the construction and real estate industries. She acted as a consultant to Downing Street Property Management since its inception and joined the firm as a partner in 1996. Her grasp of accounting and consummate attention to detail resulted in Mrs. Battiston representing a multi-international Chartered Accountancy firm in forensic audit special projects.
She is responsible to oversee the financial control of 45 distinct holding companies with asset values exceeding $200 million dollars, cumulative annual revenue streams of $30 million dollars and expenditures of $20 million dollars.
