Structural steel frame with cast-in-place ribbed concrete joists. The beams and columns are reinforced concrete with the exception of the set back girders on the third floor.
The roof is tar and gravel, and rigid insulation on concrete slab. The roof is surrounded by an 18" parapet covered with anodized aluminum sheathing.
Building Exterior:
A mixture of cast and natural stone brick. All the windows have been replaced with a combination of sealed windows and single hinged glass units in anodized aluminum frames.
Elevators:
Two elevators modernized and upgrades installed by Dover Elevator Corporation in 1995.
