The ceiling finish for a typical floor consists of suspended T-bar grid with 2’ x 5’ acoustical tile and associated 2’ x 5’ lighting fixtures.

Elevators:
Two passenger elevators and one freight elevator. One of the passenger elevators services the parking floors.
The interior cabs of the elevators are finished with plastic laminate, stainless steel, mirror panels and granite floors.

HVAC
Heating and cooling are provided by a closed loop heat pump system controlled by an energy management system. A central make up air (MUA) fan provides a constant flow of fresh air throughout the Building.
